When you choose DIY,
we give you access to MobiFirst technology on our NYC Digital Sites platform.

The Steps to Create Your Website are Simple:

  1. You click on the Left Side Menu Mobile & Desktop and click on Create a New Site.
  2. You give your site a Name.
  3. Next, you can select a Template from about 100 pre-made templates for many different Niches, or click start from Scratch to build your site with a blank canvas. [Templates are like the Themes in WordPress; they are preloaded with the Look and Feel, the color scheme and categorized pages prefilled with content that you customize.]
  4. You design your site with all of the Widgets, which are the building blocks of MobiFirst website design and creation.
  5. Each time you make a change, you save it to see how the site will look with that change instantly.
  6. When you are ready to go "Live" on the Web, you will need to own a domain, available from many sources such as GoDaddy, Network Solutions, etc. You will log onto your website name registrar, such as GoDaddy, and in a simple click and edit, you modify the DNS record there with a CNAME record and an A record that points the Domain You Own to the Website You Created on the MobiFirst NYCDigitalSites.co platform. Then you go to Options on your NYCDigitalSites and click on Names and Domains and enter the name of the Domain you Own. 
  7. If you want the clout to use the more secure https://YourDomainName.com instead of just plain unsecured HTTP:// then you need to buy an SSL certificate which we will provide and install it for you for a highly discounted rate of $25. 
  8. Usually, within a half-hour or so, you will be live.

How Should You Proceed?

  1. If you are only interested in getting familiar with the MobiFirst Technology Platform, then select the FREE Plan
    1. You get to make 5 Sites with 3 Pages each.
    2. This is truly Try-Before-You-Buy-It
    3. No Credit Card Required
    4. If MobiFirst is not for you, then at 60 Days you will lose Access to your sites.
    5. If you have 5 Sites made and want more, you can delete a site you made and start over with a new site, or Upgrade to a paid Plan of your choosing.
  2. If you only want to start building Sites then the Basic Plans are for you. Start with the least expensive Plan and upgrade to Plans with more Sites or more Pages per site as you need them.
  3. In other words, if you are making a few sites for your own or a friend's Business stay with Basic and Just increase the page counts as needed.
  4. If you develop skills in making sites, you will see Stores and Businesses in your area and circle of Friends, Colleagues and Communities that need a Web presence and your expertise.  Make them a one page site with the information you see as relevant to bringing them business and profit, and show them it. If you are Paying under $100 for UNLIMITED SITES with UNLIMITED PAGES, you can make $100, $200 or even $450 a site.
  5. The Deluxe plans come with Modules for CRM (Client Retention Monitoring), Proposals (with sections for the Businesses name, contact person, and your proposal of what is included, what resources you will need, clients rights of proofreading and suggesting modifications, a proposed timeline of the steps, and the cost), Invoice generation, email or printing, tracking payments, etc.

 

How much will your customers pay?

Here is one illustration of adding 4 new clients each month.

Setup/one-time fee:  $249.  You determine how much to charge for making the site – Your Client provides you with their Logo, Graphics, Images of their Business, their Staff, their Products, their Awards and Recognitions. The system has 100’s of Royalty-Free images in many categories built in as well as search engines with 1000’s of Royalty-Free images and illustrations.  You even have a Blog Wizard where you give restricted access to your client to post News Items of the Business, Articles from the Web of Happenings in their industry or community – whatever they want, so they can do a lot of updating of the site without your assistance.

 Recurring monthly fee:  $49 for modifications they submit to you that will take only minutes to make. Throw in a monthly traffic report that Google or Other free tracking programs will do for you to share with the client.  The insights your client gets helps their business and gives them satisfaction and confidence with you.
